Fortnum and Mason Ecomerce Website Design
I designed the Fortnum and Mason website with Paul Lewis. We worked together on the user journey and tested many different home page options to create the optimum selling space. We improved the information architecture to make the site easier to navigate. I designed the decorative details and embellishes, derivative of their store in Piccadilly, that differentiate it from other sites and in order to reflect the brand throughout the site. The site was up by Christmas 09 and increased their sales dramatically on the previous Christmas.
